Art Activated

As part of the Alexandria Festival of the Arts, the Torpedo Factory Art Center will be featuring Art Activated on Saturday, September 8. From 12PM-4PM, this free event will combine artist demonstrations with live modern dance by BosmaDance. I'll be giving drawing demonstrations throughout the day, and I would love it if audience members would model for me! My demonstrations will be from 12-1, 1:30-2:30, and 3-4, and I'll be on a different floor of the building each time. Here's the full schedule for the day:

So I won't be posting any paintings for a few more weeks, since I didn't bring my supplies to my new dorm and can't paint here (yet). But I'll be working that out soon. In the meantime, here are a few sketches I did at various long and boring orientation meetings.

NSAL Career Awards Traveling Show
